- Email List Builder

The Email List Builder allows you to select specific customer email addresses based on their sales history. If you want to include only those customer who have opted-in, be sure to set this option under Settings/Email List

Check the number of customers currently included in the list.
Select criteria below to restrict the customers included in the list.
Click Update Criteria and Get New Count
You can continue adding or removing criteria until you have the list you are interested in.
When you have the right set of customers, click the Download List link to download the list as a spreadsheet

To the right you will find your total number of customer emails, and the number that currently match your criteria. Click the Download List link when you are ready to download your list.

NOTE: If you have the Filter Email List option enabled, the current number in list will always be less than the total number and by default will reflect the number/percentage of your customers who have opted in.

First Order Date

Choose a First order date range to include. Anyone who's first order is not between these dates will not be included

Choose a last (most recent) order date range to include. Anyone who's most recent order is not between these dates will not be included

Average Purchase Amount

Enter a range for average purchase. Any person who's average purchase is not between these amounts will not be included.

Enter a range of total purchases. Any person who total dollar amount purchased is not between the amounts below will not be included.

Enter a range for Total Number of Orders. Any person who's total number of orders is outside this range will not be included.

Purchase Category

Select the categories you want to include in this report. Use CTRL/Shift to select multiple entries from the list. Any person who has not purchased from the selected categories will not be included.
